The Carers’CARE App

Liz and Stephen Image The Carers’CARE App was developed as a resource to support people caring for a spouse or partner, parent, family member or friend with dementia. It was developed in collaboration with dementia carers, organisations that support dementia carers, and clinicians and researchers from the University of Tasmania.

Care2Serve is working with the University of Tasmania to explore how best to incorporate the Carers’CARE App into their services in the future, as a tool that dementia carers and Care2Serve staff can use when working together.

We are very grateful for funding and support from Tasmanian Community Fund (TCF) and the Tasmanian Home and Community Care Program (HACC).
