About the Carers’CARE Mobile App Project

The Carers’CARE App project is dedicated to the development and evaluation of a mobile phone App to support people looking after a family member or friend with dementia.

Carers’CARE was developed in collaboration with dementia carers, organisations that support dementia carers, and clinicians and researchers from the University of Tasmania.

Care2Serve is working with the University of Tasmania to explore how best to incorporate the Carers’CARE App into their services in the future, as a tool that dementia carers and Care2Serve staff can use when working together.

We are seeking feedback from dementia carers who are clients of Care2Serve about their experiences of using the App. Participation is completely voluntary.

Carers must be over 18 years of age or older, living in Tasmania, Australia, and be a client of Care2Serve. Carers must be ‘lay carers’ (i.e., provide regular unpaid care, except for carers’ allowance/benefits) and caring for a spouse/partner, parent, other family member, or a friend.

Note: Please allow around 15 to 30 minutes to complete the registration process.
